(a) Membership of the Association shall be open to all Officers/Executives of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited.

(b) Every application for admission to the Association shall be addressed to the concerned Branch Secretary of the Association.

(a) The subscription shall be Rs.360 per annum or Rs 30 per mensum per member payable in advance.

(b) An admission fee or Rs.30/- shall be charged when any member first joins the Association or when any member is readmitted. This shall be retained by the concerned Branch.

Branches stall collect subscription and remit quota as under:-

50% of the subscription to the Central Head Quarters, 25% of the subscription to the Circle and retain 25% of the subscription for meeting Branch expenses.

The funds of the Association shall be deposited with State Bank of India or any Scheduled Bank or any Nationalised Bank or Post Office in the name of "ALL INDIA BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION". In case of CHQ, Bank account(s) shall be operated jointly by the General Secretary and the Financial Secretary. However, in case of Circle/Branch, the bank accounts shall be jointly operated by Circle Secretary and Circle Financial Secretary/Branch

Secretary and Branch Financial Secretary.

The Association shall normally function at the following levels:

(a) Central

(b) Circle

(c) Branch

(a) Central Working Committee shall consist of the Central Office- bearers elected by the All India General Body/All India Conference, CWC Members elected by the Circle General Body Meeting/Circle Conference and also the Circle Secretaries who are the ipso-facto members of CWC. The Central Office-bearers shall comprise of the following:-

One President, Two Vice-Presidents, One General Secretary, Four Assistant General Secretaries, One Financial Secretary, One Assistant Financial Secretary, four Organising Secretaries (East, West, North and South), one Editor for its monthly journal.

(b) The Circles shall be eligible to have the first CWC member when the paid membership of the Circle reaches 300 paid membership. Second and subsequent CWC membership shall be admissible for every subsequent 400 paid membership

beyond the first 300 paid members.

(a) Circle Executive Committee shall consist of the following office-bearers to be elected in the Circle Conference/General Body meeting:

One President, Two Vice-Presidents, one Circle Secretary, Four Assistant Circle Secretaries, four Organising Secretaries, one Financial Secretary and One Assistant Financial Secretary.

The Branch Secretaries and Central Working Committee members from the Circle, if any, shall be ex-officio Circle Executive Committee members. Branches may also elect one Circle Executive Committee member for every 100 paid members.

(a) The Branch Committee shall consists of one President, two Vice-Presidents, One Branch Secretary, Four Assistant Branch Secretaries, One Financial Secretary, One Assistant Financial Secretary, Two Organising Secretaries and one Branch Executive for every 20 members.
